These adapters were designed to connect Hooker S10 LS engine cast iron exhaust manifolds 71223026HKR, BHS593, BHS594, and BHS595 to the Hooker 3" exhaust systems for the same application, but can also be used with the same manifolds for the basis from which to build a custom exhaust system to your own specifications.
